HOURS
OF OPERATION
Harbor Vintage
Motor Company is open to the public from 10:00 - 4:00 (EST) Tuesday
thru Saturday.
Orders may
be placed by phone at (802) 434-4040 Tuesday thru Saturday. Email
orders to: harborvintagemotorcompany@gmail.com.
Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week at (802)
434-5635. Orders only please.
GENERAL
POLICY
We ship retail
anywhere in the world.
All orders totaling less than $50.00 (US) will have a $2.00 handling
charge.
Orders are
shipped two ways:
1. Credit card orders.
2. Prepaid by personal or bank check (including shipping charges).
RETURNED
CHECKS
All returned
checks will automatically affect cash terms on all future purchases
until the check(s) is replaced by a cashier's check or money order,
or the check has cleared the bank. There will be a $20.00 charge
on all returned checks.
GENERAL
PROVISIONS
These terms
govern all our sales, and may not be changed except with our written
consent.
Failure to return goods within 10 days of invoice date shall constitute
acceptance by you of these terms, not withstanding contrary terms
in any purchase order submitted to us.
We make no
warranty of any kind as to products distributed by us, expressed
or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
We will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer,
who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties.
The manufacturer
shall be solely responsible for any damage to person(s) or property
arising from the design, manufacture, and testing of its products,
and we accept no liability for such damages.
RETURNS
Any part sold
by Harbor Vintage Motor Company, may be returned to us for either
credit or refund within 10 days.
If the part
is as represented by part number and condition we will charge a
15% restocking fee.
